• A clear unboxing video showing the condition of the package and contents

Missing Items

In the event that an item is missing from your order, a complete unboxing video is required for investigation and claim approval.

Claims for missing items submitted without an unboxing video may be denied.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products intentionally damaged or altered after delivery

Refund Process
